1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit it. They are used, for example, to remember your choices or to understand how the site is used.
There are also similar technologies, such as the browser’s storage (localStorage), which keeps small pieces of information on the device in a similar way. On this page I use the word “cookie” to refer to them as well.

They are essential for the site to work and cannot be switched off. The site does not set its own cookies: your consent choice is saved in the browser’s storage (not in a cookie).

Statistics (only with consent)
They are only switched on if you consent. If you withdraw your consent, data sending stops and the Google Analytics cookies are removed.
